We will be using the gym and cafeteria - 

Gym - 
Tony - we will need tables and ladders in the gym. What is the tallest ladder we have? How many ladders do we have? We will need a few. 

Front door
Tony - 2 tables for check-in by the door. 

Cafeteria - 
        one table for snacks/drinks (we will place an order w Lynn once a decision has been made on what will
                  be served)
