Hello -
We will be having a K-5 program on 2/8th. We will need to use the gym starting at 12:30 for set up and then the performance at 1:30. The performance will last about 40-45 min. They will clean up after - about 30 min.
I just wanted to give you a heads up as this will affect your afternoon classes.
We will need access to the gym at 12:30 pm.
